The wide variety of supplies and equipment has spoiled my staff, but the promptness and customer service from the staff of Progressive Medical Concepts have been second to none. Whether we need beds, mattresses, wheelchairs, or seating cushions, the staff of Progressive Medical Concepts continues to come through for us. When we have an equipment need at Budd Terrace at Wesley Woods, I immediately think of and contact Scott and Mike at Progressive Medical Concepts, because I know they will have what my facility needs.

Tim Broadwater at Progressive Medical Concepts is the PREMIER medical equipment provider. Tim can always get you exactly what you need and usually can get it to you that day. He has friendly staff that are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers like myself. Tim doesn’t mind to put in the extra effort to research new equipment and provide facility in-services on that equipment if necessary…As long as I live and work in this area I will always use Progressive Medical Concepts for DME.

As Director of Nursing for Satilla Care Center, I have worked with Progressive Medical Concepts for several years. I have found this to be an outstanding relationship for us. It has not been my experience to have a sales representative like Mike Williamson or an owner like Scott Keiser to work so diligently to partner with a long-term care facility. Both have exceeded expectations in value received from this company. Phone calls are answered or responded to quickly, prices are fair, recommendations are appropriate and honest. Delivery of orders are delivered promptly, frequently the next day. If equipment is not in stock, I have been loaned equipment until it arrives or, in some cases, to try it out to make sure it is what is needed. When new equipment is received, the in-service to staff has been superb, leaving staff feeling comfortable when using it. Very few problems have occurred with items purchased and those that have were minor. Each time I found Mike more than willing to do whatever was necessary to satisfy the customer.

Overall, it has been a very pleasant and beneficial relationship with PMC. They have become a part of our team, knowing staff and residents. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are a truly exceptional company in their customer service, professionalism and honesty. This is a relationship both my staff and I look forward to continuing for many years.
